Our reputable client in Wallingford are looking for an organised, sociable individual to join their HR department on a full-time, fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

This position is ideal if you love working under pressure, like a challenge and have excellent attention to detail.

You will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support across a full range of HR tasks including but not limited to:-

*New starters/leavers documentation
*Updating and maintaining employee records
*Organising and scheeduling induction programmes
*Payroll administration
*Recruitment
*Training
*Supporting and coordination HR projects, initiatives and meetings
*Conducting health and safety assessments
