An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator to join my client's fast paced HR team based in Burgess Hill.
This private sector, commercial client is seeking an HR Coordinator with strong Administration skills and experience working within an HR team.
As a successful candidate you will have -
- Strong communication skills
- Recruitment experience, interviewing and sourcing candidates
- Experience carrying out pre-employment checks and preparing contracts of employment
- Up to date HR knowledge as you will be the first point of call for all HR queries
- Starters and leavers, holidays and relevant correspondence
- Experience liaising with payroll and submitting basic data to deadlines
- Strong administration and data handling skills
Qualifications Required -
-2 years experience working within an HR team
-CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying
