Our established Central London hospitality client are seeking a talented and polished HR Coordinator offering a salary of £26,000 - £27,000 on offer to support the HR Manager on the full generalist remit including payroll for a luxury hospitality business.
What does the role entail?
As the HR Coordinator you will be supporting colleagues across the business on all matters across the HR remit with the support of a HR Manager. You will be responsible for all HR Administrative duties for the employee lifecycle from contracts and offers all the way through to exit interviews. You will also support on the payroll, accurately carrying out Payroll duties within the role. Every day is different so it is likely you will receive a variety of HR and payroll tasks as well as some general administrative activities.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this HR Coordinator position you will have carried out a position similar to that listed above. You will be comfortable with supporting on HR Administration with experience supporting Payroll, keen to learn and able to work at a fast pace whilst keeping an exceptional eye for detail. You will ideally have experience in a small HR function within a premium Hospitality organisation. On top of this you will have working knowledge of employment law to ensure the business stays legally compliant at all times.
You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities who takes ownership, possesses integrity and strives for continuous improvement, someone who is a self-starter, who can influence, work under pressure, multi task as well as being a great individual at prioritising. Added bonuses would be having a CIPD qualification.
