Our rapidly growing Consultancy Client based in the Centre of London is looking to add experienced HR Transformation and Change Consultants to the team on a Permanent Basis. They are looking for candidates who are passionate about HR Technology. These roles will suit candidates who have over 10 years’ experience within HR with experience of implementing HR Technology.
What will the role involve?
As an HR Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the deployment of new technology such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or other HR/Payroll Systems. You will not be involved in the configuration of this technology, but the handholding of the HR team and wider business in how to get the most from technology and embed it successfully within the organisation. This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management; solution and process design and change management.
You can expect your role to made up of the following and more-Advising clients on HR service design and how this may be optimised through technology, supporting clients with a case for change, defining where there are opportunities to make changes and how these can be translated into a roadmap and action plan. Providing support and expertise with HR service design, operating models and capability. Supporting clients to design and agree the best way of using HR technology, including facilitation of design decisions. Defining a plan for deploying a specific module of an HR solution. Mapping and documenting HR processes. Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions. Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per design and meets the requirements of the business. Working with the business to define and embed new ways of working.
What skills will you have?
You will have 10 + years’ experience of working within HR with some knowledge of Payroll and how this works within HR. Experience of implementing HR/Payroll Systems is essential. If you have experience implementing Success Factors, Workday or Oracle then this would be most desirable. In an ideal world you will have experience working within these specific sectors, Law/legal, Financial Services or Banking or within Central government. Prior experience working within one of the big 4 consultancies would be the icing on the cake.
