My client, a blue chip organisation based near Fareham is seeking an HR Consultant to join them on an interim basis.
Reporting into the Head of HR this role is initially to assist with design and roll out of HR policies across the wider business.
Managing first line employee queries around medical policy and remote working
Designing & enforcing HR policies and procedures
Managing complex/escalated ER cases
Supporting People Director with HR strategy
The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience implementing and rolling out a variety of HR policies and handling ER cases. He/she will be commercially focussed whilst also maintaining employee wellbeing and be able to flex with business and needs and deadlines. Stakeholder management experience is key in this role so a proven track record in the above areas are essential.
