My client based in Salisbury are seeking an HR Co-ordinator to join their team due to expansion.

This would suit a HR candidate who is looking for a role with progression from a Co-ordinator into a HR Advisor role in the future

Duties include:

*General HR admin and Co-ordinator alongside the current HR Advisor
*Work with the HR Advisor on all HR operations
*Provide assistance for the HR Director
*Input HR information onto the HR System
*Report HR information using excel
*Assisting on ER casework
*Support managers on a range of HR polices and procedures 
*Support on absence management and sickness absence 
*Assist with implementation of new HR polices 
*To assist and work with managers on recruitment
*Keep employee files correct and upto date
*Support the business with HR information through the use of excel

The ideal candidate will have a background in the above skills and be CIPD qualified with a advanced background in excel
