Are you available to work within a fixed term contract vacancy until November 2017?  Do you have HR experience from within an operational HR environment? Do you have employee relations experience and a good knowledge of Employment Law?

REED is actively working in partnership with an environmental based organisation that have a central Bristol location for an HR Business Partner.

Your role will be primarily Birstol based however there will be travel occasionally required to other sites.






You will drive forward their people agenda, helping clients set their priorities and implement initiatives to realise them.

As a key partner your role will be to enhance business performance by improving resilience, capability, engagement and motivation.

Being able to work with the business identifying people priorities with short and medium term risks, you must be able to identify solutions, influence buy-in and to deliver them, monitoring effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.


You should have:

Substantial experience in a busy operational HR environment along with delivering a business partner role.

A track record of setting high standards and delivering results in a demanding environment.

The ability to influence and partner at senior management level and build relationships.

Employee relation experience and good knowledge of employment law.

Flexibility of approach when working with customers and clients during uncertainty.

Salary: £35,000to £38,000 (please note that this is the FTE salary and therefore it would be a pro rata'd amount)
