REED HR are recruiting for a successful and ever growing organisation based Outskirts of Slough, Berkshire. My client are looking for a HR Business Partner with Technical industry experience to join their passionate HR Team on a full time permanent basis.

HR Business Partner; BRAND NEW ROLE; Full Time; Permanent
Salary: £40,0000-£45,000 per annum + 10% Bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
FREE parking on site

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

• Manage and guide the HR function to ensure delivery of an exceptional employee lifecycle experience by:
o Creating and facilitating employee engagement, performance and communication programmes that inspire our teams to perform at their best.
o Act as a mentor to our Talent Acquisition Manager helping to positively influence the recruitment process and experience, with a focus on identifying strengths and filling gaps of weakness in our teams.
o Oversee and ensure we deliver effective on-boarding and mentoring programmes.
o Manage all employee relations issues, supporting and guiding management in best practice.
o Work alongside HR administration to drive and advise on quarterly Performance Coaching reviews.
o Continue to deliver our Employee Wellbeing reviews, analyse and communicate findings and make recommendations.
o Create and facilitate training programmes that support employee development outcomes.
o Work with HR administration to ensure ongoing development of employee policies & procedures.
o Work with our Legal Team in Europe to ensure best practice.
• Work closely with HR Team, Senior Management team and Stakeholders to develop the employer brand both internally & Externally
• Have a strong input in to performance management and coaching at all levels
• Act as the face of HR to all European Management teams and employees providing advice on employee engagement


Other Requirements:

• Experience advising and influencing senior managers to have a strong input and involvement within their teams
• Ability to create and facilitate programmes relating to performance management
• Experience of working alone and also as part of a collaborative team
• Experience working within a fast paced and busy and ever changing environment
• Proficiency in MS office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
•Able to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence whilst working at multiple levels, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
