Reed HR are recruiting an interim HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract (to cover a secondment). This is a full-time role, working remotely until the end of the year, paying a salary of circa £46,000. This role will be perfect for someone who is business and commercially focused, quick minded and knows what good, efficient business partnering should look like!
The HR Business Partner role will play an integral role within the organisation, providing strategic and high-level operational HR advice and guidance. You will work collaboratively with Senior Management to shape and deliver outcomes in line with the business objectives. In addition to supporting transformational people change, you will also support and influence the wider People & Engagement vision and strategic outcomes.
To be successful, you must have proven HR experience within a fast paced, changing work environment. It is essential you have extensive experience of resolving complex casework and have a track record of Trade Union negotiation and engagement. A CIPD qualification is desired. The ideal individual needs to be resilient, results focused and have a can-do attitude.
