HR Business Partner opportunity available on a 12 month fixed term contract basis working for a leading organisation based in Worksop. Competitive salary and benefits offered for the right person. Need to be flexible on travel and work remotely at times.

This is a key role to help improve the culture through engaging line manager and team members as well as the design, development and enhancement of engagement strategies. You will design and deliver engagement programmes as required and be responsible for developing, maintaining and continually improving talent and performance management processes, and ensuring these processes are embedded and enacted to enable effective talent and performance management.

Duties and Responsibilities include:-

• Design, deliver and promote engagement programmes that contribute to business performance and targets
• Design, manage and report on the company engagement survey to inform the business strategy, understand and advise on trends
• Carry out effective performance reviews and engage with line managers in objective setting
• Engage team members in the benefits of performance management process, so it is embedded as part of the culture and drives continued and annual growth in excellence across the business to drive performance improvements
• Support and implement the performance management process
• Work with relevant departments to develop cultural improvement campaigns around safety, values and awareness and understanding of behavioural change
• Talent management and Succession planning
• Design, plan and deliver Induction training for senior executives and others as required

Experience and Skills required:-

• CIPD qualified or part qualified ( desirable )
• Ability to develop and implement engagement strategies
• Experience within an Engagement role
• Demonstrate positive impact on employee engagement
• Experience in developing and delivering engagement and communications plans in line with strategy, vision and values
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and gaining their buy in to developing and implementing engagement and performance activities
• Experience of working in an environment experiencing culture change
