Reed HR are delighted to assist our client based in Belfast City centre who are seeking to recruit an HR Business Partner to join their busy team

As HR Business partner you will provide a professional and high quality HR service to management and employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
• Providing expert advice and guidance to senior management on all complex HR issues
• Coach, support, train and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and     practice ensuring current legislation and relevant codes of practice are adhered to
• Develop and implement employee engagement activities to support overall business
• Provide reports on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the HR function
• Manage employee relations issues such as grievance, discipline and other performance related matters
• Responsible for leading and overseeing recruitment and selection campaigns to meet the needs of the organisation and ensure consistency is maintained on procedures
• Ensure that HR Service policies, procedure, systems and procedures are updated in line with legislative changes and best practice
• Manage and maintain HR information systems and develop standard documentation for all employees
• Work collaboratively with Managers to ensure HR Services are tailored to both organisational and service area requirements







• Third level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent).
• Membership of the CIPD
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a dedicated generalist HR role of which 3 years’ must be at HR Officer level or above
• Proven experience of delivering HR advice on complex disciplinary and grievance cases which is compliant with current NI/ROI Employment Legislation and Codes of Practices
• Demonstrable experience and ability to deliver HR solutions across at least four of the below disciplines including: • HR Strategy, • Organisational Policy Development, • Culture Change, • Organisational Structure, • Performance Management, • Recruitment and Selection, • Employee Engagement and Retention
