A new exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client on a permanent basis based in Oxford. 

As a HR Business Partner based in the established HR team you will play a key role in development and omplementing HR strategies, policies and practices to support the Global Academic business objectives and growth plans for the business.

Key Accountabilities:
• Advise and coach senior managers on all people and employment related matters, travelling to offices as necessary to ensure the right level of commercially focused HR support to the organization.
• Ensure the Global and local HR policies and processes are implemented to provide clear standards of employment practice and meet local legal and statutory requirements
• Play a pivotal role working with managers on resource planning, organization restructure and job design
• Coach Managers with all aspects of the performance management cycle, and work with senior managers to identify learning requirements
• Provide the management team with regular and up-to-date data and report on exceptions to people related KPIs on people matters, to inform and enable their planning and decision-making
• Manage and coordinate HR projects and contribute to global HR projects


About you
Essential:
• Professional HR training or nationally recognised professional qualification
• Significant experience in an HR business partnering role, ideally in an international organization with a global focus
• A track record in the area of management coaching, talent management , and employee relations
• Experience of compensation and benefits
• Ability to build good working relationships and to influence and challenge constructively
• Strong MS office skills
• Mobile (to travel to offices including in the US)
• A team player who copes well with ambiguity and demonstrates resilience
• Experience working with or exposure to HR/business data and analytics and leveraging such data in your business interactions with managers and others
