My well known and respected client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them initially on a 12 month FTC.  

You MUST have extensive Change Management experience as well as TUPE

Act as the lead for HR related projects and change related HR initiatives, championing both culture change and change management to ensure the delivery of global and local HR and business priorities.
Help develop and implement local HR strategies to meet business requirements.
Working closely with HR Business Partners to support business management team, advise on problems and help resolve ER issues using existing solutions. Escalation and mitigation of potential risks and issues through the HR Management team.
Provide advice, guidance and help formulate resource plans including retention, talent management, succession planning, to ensure the best deployment of skills and knowledge, with support from the HR Management team.
Coach and support senior managers to ensure effective management of their teams/people.
Maintain and implement current knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation relating to HR, making recommendations for process change and translating employment law and policy into a language that the business will buy in to.


• Experience of HR Advisory/business partnering within a generalist role
• Experience of supporting significant organisational change programs - knowledge of TUPE transfers preferred but not essential
• Financial services experience is ideal or a professional corporate environment.
• Thorough knowledge of employment law, HR Policies and Process
• Experience of project planning and project management
