An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to join a reputable company based in Belfast.

Temporary position with the opportunity to go Permanent
Salary - £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
Based in Belfast
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Job Purpose:

To be responsible for the day to day administrative requirements of the HR function. Supporting and advising Line Management, HR team and employees on recruitment, pre-employment, general employment issues as well as administration.

Essential Criteria:

Must be willing to undergo an enhanced access NI clearance
Strong experience in Recruitment Administration and/or Vacancy Administration
GCSE’s grade C or above in English and Maths
Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
To be able to use own initiative and work well under-pressure

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

First point of contact for HR administration and day to day administrative requirements
Attend HR meetings and provide support with note taking
Producing HR letters such as offer letters, discipline and grievance letters
To be responsible for generating and producing HR letters, contracts, employment change requirements, documentation and data
To be responsible for all recruitment processes: including drafting and placing advertisements, managing all pre-employment checks including references, police vetting, qualification checks
To ensure legislative requirements and SLAs on recruitment are adhered to
Manage the new hire and induction process
Monitoring absence and attendance process
To support HR colleagues on key HR activity including investigations, discipline and grievance and key employee issues
