A international professional services organisation based in central Chelmsford are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to work with and support the HR recruitment function. 

You will be working with the HR Recruitment Advisor to co-ordinate the recruitment process for both non-qualified and qualified fee earning and business services staff as required. You will be assisting in the management of the whole recruitment cycle and delivering an excellent, proactive professional recruitment service so that the organisation attracts and recruits high calibre talent.  You will be representing the recruitment department and participating in meetings to discuss recruitment needs, job briefings etc. You will helping to manage the PSL so maintaining key professional relationships with external organisations as well as internal stakeholders will be key to success in this role.
