My client a market leader in their field are looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join there growing team. This role is a part time role and initially on a 6 month contract

Duties include:

*Partnering and working closely with the senior manager's across the business
*Working with the HR team to provide support on all absence and occupational health matters
*Work with all managers to identify absence issues
*Work with the HR Business partner on complex cases
*Follow up on any outstanding cases
*Compiling and analysing absence data
*Attending informal meetings about health and absence
*Supporting managers with RTW's
*Following guidance for all absence management
*Updating all the HR systems with regards to HR reporting
*Supporting managers on all Employee Relations
*Develop policies and procedures on all absence issues
*To be Part qualified CIPD or CIPD fully qualified

The ideal candidate will be able to start a role asap and be able to work on a part time basis, and have experience in the above tasks
