An exciting opportunity has arrisen for an experienced HR Admin/Assistant to join a thriving business and work closely with a strong HR Manager. 

You will be a vital support to the HR manager and the business as a whole and will gain great exposure to HR processes and proceedures. 

• Maintenance of personnel files and records
• Accurate and efficient recording of all employee hours in line with payroll requirements
• Maintenance of annual leave and absence records
• To ensure Job Specification Library is accurately maintained and up-to-date at all times
• Typing and maintenance of contracts of employment and all other HR associated documents
• Monitoring absence and carrying out staff RTW interviews as and when required by the business
• Involvement in all aspects of recruitment, to include interviewing, liaising with recruitment agencies, responding to all candidates
• Managing and effectively rolling out the inductions and managing staff training
• Provide HR guidance to line managers regarding potential disciplinary issues; to be provide HR presence at disciplinary level in conjunction with the HR Manager
• To provide health and safety administrative support across the sites to include carrying out DSE Assessments
• To deal with HR queries on a daily basis from all staff in conjunction with the HR Manager
• To carry out all admin associated with the HR function to include typing up grievance and disciplinary notes and recruitment admin.

• Previous HR administrative/assistant experience
• HR Professional qualification would be beneficial
• Self starter who can prioritise own work load is essential
• Ability to work in an organised manner to meet required deadlines
• Good communication skills, confidence, drive and enthusiasm
• Ability to input and retrieve accurate data
• Maintain confidentiality at all times and support in the management of confidential matters
