My client in Suffolk are looking for an HR Assistant to join their team due to expansion. They are ideally looking for someone that is already in a HR role and is keen to develop and learn new skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Taking notes in disciplinary meetings
Involved with the recruitment process
Helping with tasks relating to new starters
Keeping knowledge up to date regarding Employment Law
Ensure all employee data is handled in accordance with the latest GDPR regulations and Company Policies
Dealing with employee queries in relation to HR matters
Assisting with their new HR system and uploading everything on to the data base.
You will ideally be in an HR role already and keen to develop your skills. A CIPD is not essential for this position but if you do have this qualification, it will be an advantage. You will be organised with a high attention and confident with working with sensitive and confidential information. It is crucial that you have a clear communication style and are happy to work to set procedures and policies.
What’s in for you?
Salary is up to £21,000 depending on experience
