My client based near East Grinstead is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team for 4-6 months.

Skills and Responsibilities -

-Maintaining employee records
-HR administration for all new starters and leavers including offer letters contracts etc.
-Payroll administration - putting timesheets onto spreadsheets and writing up reports based on this
-Training co-ordination and booking onto courses
-Administration around Training and Development
-All HR administration in line with the Learning and Development Admin
-Knowledge of a HR based System
-Organising the absence database

Essential skills -

- Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and v-lookups
- Strong Administration skills and accuracy
-Ability to multitask, organised, fast paced, good memory

The ideal candidate will have a background in the above tasks and be able to start ASAP.
