You will be responsible for supporting with recruitment and selection, new starter inductions, general employee queries, starters and leavers and the employee benefits administration.
This is a busy role which would suit a candidate who has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be an excellent communicator and confident speaking to various people over the telephone.
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, good computer skills and confident with using Word and Excel to Intermediate/Advanced level.
This role would suit someone who is looking to get into their first human resources role and who is wanting to build their career with HR.
