An exciting opportunity to join a growing HR Team based in a successful and evolving organisation in Abingdon, Oxfordshire on a permanent basis. 


HR Assistant; Permanent

Salary £23,00-26,000pa depending on experience
37.5 Hours per week
FREE parking

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join the HR team and provide comprehensive day to day support to the busy HR Function, having the opportunity to assist with recruitment, provide first line support to managers and assist with employee relations and performance management. 



Key Accountabilities:

- Recruitment support including scheduling interviews for both the UK & US liaising with candidates and line managers
- Take ownership fr job postings, sourcing, interviews, feedback, contracts
- HR Systems, keeping the HRIS data up to date with starters, leavers, compensation changes etc
-Ownership of correct data for HR System (ADP)
-General HR Administration including maintenance of employee files, UK Benefits, change in contracts 
-Coordinate salary reviews, training courses and performance management meetings
-Assist the HR Officer with disciplinary issues, performance, grievance etc.
-Processing new starts, contracts and leavers

The successful candidate:

As the HR Assistant to this busy department you will play an integral role in the smooth running of HR and have excellent organisational skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) You will be able to adapt to different needs of the team handling sensitive data and information daily whilst having the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.

CIPD qualification or studying toward is not essential but desirable.
