HR Administrator
Up to £22,000 depending on experience – permanent role
Full-Time - based in Edinburgh

I am currently looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join this company, as an HR Administrator, based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. Within this position, you should be flexible and enjoy supporting teams throughout the business. This is a fast paced environment, where you will learn new skills and develop professionally.

Duties involved in this role will include:-
• Manage and maintain company car scheme
• Coordinate benefits and packs for new employees to the business
• Administrative support of benefits including liaising with 3rd parties
• Researching the market in terms of salary information and bonus packages.
• Provide support to the wider HR team and Payroll teams
• Completing mail mergers
• Generating offer letters
• Ensure all personnel details are up to date for staff

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:-
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
• Exceptional Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience of handling remuneration & benefits packages
• Outstanding administration skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
• Solid IT skills, Microsoft office packages in particular
