This is the perfect opportunity for someone with around 1-2 years HR Assistant experience looking for a role that can offer you full exposure and support.
The salary is negotiable between £18,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience, CIPD would be advantageous but please still apply if you have experience as I would love to hear from you!!
What your new role will look like ?
The successful applicant will be required to work as part of the HR team, working effectively with other HR Officers and HR/Payroll Administrators as required;
providing HR administration service together with advice and support to employees, line managers and HR Professionals.
Responsibilities include recruitment, inductions, maternity, paternity, benefits, performance and salary reviews, and termination.
In addition the job holder will be will be responsible for maintaining electronic HR data and carry out specific project work as requested by the business HR Professionals.
