My Client a leader in their sector is currently recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their busy team in a varied role, working closely alonside their HR Manager.

This role is full time for 40 weeks per year and permanent, 8.30-4pm.

The ideal candidate will have the following key skills and experience:

Experience in an HR team
Strong Communication skills
Maintain all HR systems
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Liaising with and advising managers of all HR issues
Up to date HR knowledge
Recruiting, advertising roles and interviewing candidates
Administer and update training
Knowledge of regulations such as ISI, KCSIE,CQC, safeguarding etc. (desirable)
Conducting performance reviews, starters, leavers, sickness, advising payroll
Advise managers on HR issues
Strong Admin skills - essential

The ideal candidate will be a self starter, have the ability to be discreet and confidential with a sense of humour.  Ideally available within 4 weeks.
