A leading service provider based in Chelmsford are looking for an experienced manager to take the lead on the day to day running of the HR and Training function. 

You will be running the HR and Training function so will take responsibility for the following:

* the collation, reporting and accuracy of all HR and Training statistics 
* ensuring the on-going accuracy of all training Levy account funding and submissions
* ensuring that all HR data is accurate and compliant
* ensuring that the HR and Training teams perform to the highest level introducing new processes and best practice where appropriate
* reviewing processes to ensure that they are streamlined and the most effective that they can be
* implementing and supporting change management when necessary

This is a varied and interesting role which will require the successful candidate to be an excellent communicator with exceptional IT skills. You will need hold CIPD level 7 and be an innovated thinker. You will need to be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You will also have knowledge of the apprenticeship schemes and levy.
