HR/Internal Recruitment Coordinator - £23,000.00-£28,000.00 + Commission - Full Time - Perm - Redhill

My client a leader in the Tech/Engineering sector is seeking a motivated Internal Recruitment Officer/HR Officer to join their fast paced team based near Lingfield.

The ideal candidate will have - 
2-3 years HR experience
CIPD qualified or part qualified/studying
Experience in updating policies and procedures
Worked on HR projects or change in the business previously
Assisted with performance appraisals
Confident answering HR enquires fuch as holiday, sick leave etc.
Coordinated training - courses, hotels, travel, certificates etc.
Experience in high volume recruitment 
Experience using multiple sourcing methods including headhunting, job boards, cv libraries, networking at job fairs etc.
Confidence interviewing and vetting candidates
Maintained up to date records, constantly updating candidate database
Knowledge of data protection and compliance procedures
Strong relationship building skills - with agencies and other organisations

The successful candidate will need to be a driver.
