This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced HR administrator, that is passionate about HR and Recruitment, to join a super friendly team and company based in Wimbledon, offering a generous salary and excellent benefits!

This position is an IMMEDIATE turn around, with the view to interview straight away, and start the role in just TWO WEEKS!

Must be willing to travel overseas, mainly France and Greece (usually 4 trips per years for up to one week at a time)

Working Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (with some 08:30 starts on assessment centre days)

Must be willing to work some Saturdays over the summer with day in lieu or overtime

80% administration so must be 40 word per minute +, high attention to detail ability to follow strict systems and processes

20% recruitment an interest in recruitment / playing a wider role as part of the HR team supporting recruiters in peak periods / pinch points

My Client seeking a hardworking, passionate and experienced HR Administrator who is looking to progress their career within HR and Recruitment. Whilst this is a high volume, fast paced role where the successful candidate will demonstrate their exceptional administration skills handling the admin for the entire HR department, the company will provide best recruitment practice training on the job through the coordination and running of Assessment Centres both locally and throughout the UK.

There will also be the potential opportunity to develop professionally through study sponsorship after one year’s service. We are seeking an ambitious but hardworking individual who shines by understanding complex systems and process and then streamlines them. Is passionate about the candidate experience; remembering candidates’ names, roles and onboarding status to improve their experience. You will be part of a team of four, providing a full suite of HR services to over 500 staff annually.
 
We are exceptional at what we do having been fully recruited, with high calibre candidates on boarded, compliant and posted overseas to deadline for each recruitment campaign over the last 16 campaigns. We provide excellent training in terms of role responsibilities, variety of role, cross role responsibility training and professional development. Previous post holders have moved on to work in the HR department of Sussex Police, Head Hunters, Café Rouge, Westfield and Ralph Lauren.
