Your local REED office are currently recruiting for an HR & Office Manager in Southampton. You will be supporting a successful company through continuous growth and assisting with the day to day running of the business. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of job offers and employment contracts
  • Overseeing training & development of employees
  • Managing internal teams
  • Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams 
  • Ensure smooth running of internal projects 
  • Day to day office management duties 

Person Specification:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages 
  • The ability to demonstrate integrity and ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • You must be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative and prioritise your workload

This is a varied role with responsibilities across a number of different areas and will likely suit a individual with experience in a similar role;

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role with comparable responsibilities
  • Characteristics: This is a managerial role so you must be self-sufficient and self-motivated
  • Qualification: CIPD Qualified / Part-Qualified
  • Skills: Proficient in computer software including Word, Excel, Outlook
