Reed Turkey is looking for a "HR Analyst" for its multinational client
- Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in a multinational company
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Adm, Economics disciplines is preferred.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including Recruitment practices, Compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, Performance management
- Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Turkish language both verbal and written),
- Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and Regulations
- Works together with related COEs for local processes of C&B.
- Responsible for all reporting requirements for all HR functions.
