Reed HR are working with a large Public Sector organisation, based in Victora, in order to recruit a HR Advisor on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. 

This role will primarily administer the Professional Training Schemes, acting as a first point of contact and key liason with the external traning provider as well as the trainees themselves. 

You will be expected to confidently provide first line support and advice to trainees and line managers, specifically when it comes to any well being cases. 

- You will effectively manage the college timetable, communicate dates to Stakeholders and trainees, and answer any queries as required. 

- Deal with enquiries and requests from employees and provide support, either written or verbal where neccessary - only escalating anything that is more complex and requires senior intervention. 

- Look to implement and improve any processes that can be made more efficient in line with current standards and legislation. 

- Co-ordinate and input data into the HR system, keeping track of all trainee activities and enquiries. 

- Spend a minimum of 1 day per week covering the HR service desk, dealing with any and all enquiries that come in to the HR department. 

This is just a sample of what this role will look like, and what responsibilities will be required. 

 In order to be a success within this position, you will ideally have an excellent track record of being involved with a similar project to a high standard. 
You will be proficient in handling any casework as a first point of contact, only escalating when senior intervention is required. 

For this role, you will need to be organised, have a strong work ethic, and the ability to gather and use data accurately. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are also required.
