The real purpose of this position is to support the Snr HR Advisor function with a range of Recruitment duties, along with assisting the HR shared service desk answering any and all generalist HR queries.
Some of your responsibilities with include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver HR processes and assignments related to the organisations security and pre-employment checks - ensuring close attention to detail is made.
- Conduct a range of recruitment administrative tasks related to the school leaver / graduate training scheme and support the Senior HR Advisor in promoting it
- Input data accurately and provide accurate and up to date management information
- Successfully coordinate the recruitment administration for the school leaver programme and security process checks.
- Coordinate and take part in Assessment days from start to finish for any applicants.
The ideal candidate will have excellent end to end recruitment administration experience and a keen eye for detail with regards to background and security checks.
