What does the role entail?

As HR Advisor you will be assisting the HR team with a variety of tasks from preparing the monthly Payroll, Benefits Administration, producing reconciliation reports every month, the full recruitment process from liaising with agencies, screening, interviewing and offering candidates to inducting them into the business. You will cover the full Employee lifecycle to include exit interviews too. There will also be a variety of other HR Administrative responsibilities too.

What skills will you have?

You must have experience of Payroll Administration as well as a varied HR experience to include the full recruitment process. You may already be CIPD qualified or perhaps studying towards it. You will have a good level of IT literacy happy using MS Windows and confident using Excel. You will be a friendly and self-motivated team player who is happy getting stuck in to all tasks and who is an expert communicator at all levels both written and spoken.

This HR Advisor Job will suit someone who is immediately available and can commit to working in the role for the next 6 to 9 months. As well as working within a great team you will be offered a generous equivalent salary to £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on your experience and skill set.
