Working within a friendly, approachable team, the main focus of this position will be to support with a variety of generalist HR duties. These will include:
- high volume of ER casework, such as Investigations, Disciplinaries, performance and sickness management.
- Support as and when necessary the Recruitment Business Partner to implement the agreed recruitment strategy for vacancies; liaising with all the stakeholders, drafting advertising and job pack materials, creating schedules, administration of selection events and follow up to candidates.
- Support the L&D Business Partner to create content for the intranet
- Lead person in the HR team for compiling / producing timely, good quality management information on ER / people related issues and activity
- Develop skills to analyse data and identify trends and areas of interest and produce meaningful reports for the HR team and managers.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with excellent knowledge of how to lead on ER casework confidently and independently, as well as prioritise your day to include a wide range of HR duties.
You will be confident working to a quick pace, and have the ability to engage with people at all levels. This is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills and experience to a high quality and level.
