Reed HR are excited to be working with a prestigious educational institution based in Croydon, to help them look for their next HR Advisor. As a leading education provider, our client are passionate about teaching and putting their people at the heart of everything that they do.
Our client are looking for an HR Advisor to join a team of three and to be able to support them with several HR projects and ER casework. This position involves the use of several systems and databases in addition to strong generalist duties that you will be carrying out.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-Relevant HR Administration including contracts and offer letters
-Supporting line management with providing advice on HR policies and procedures
-MI reporting and ensuring the database is up to date
-Assisting with recruitment and on boarding of new staff
-Getting involved with HR projects on a strategic level
-Supporting the change management and TUPE process
What we are looking for in a candidate:
-Complex ER casework experience
-1-2+ years experience working at HR Advisory level
-Strong IT skills – SIMS experience also desired
-A background in the Education sector will also be ideal.
This is a full time position with flexible working hours and our client are looking for someone on a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.
