My client is looking for someone driven, motivated and self-efficient! The role is HR advisor reporting into the HR manager but managing a HR administrator. My client needs an immediate start! This role is full time, permanent based on an annual income of £25k plus benefits.

• Collating, reporting & analysing KPI’s.
• Providing coaching, guidance and advice on all HR policies and employee relations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Managing long term absence, mat/pat leave etc.
• Accurate working within a fast paced environment.
