Reporting to the HR Team Manager your responsibilities will include:
Providing an advisory and change management service.
Advising on policies and procedures to keep in line with legislation.
Converse with union reps regarding policies and consultations.
Being fully involved in the recruitment process.
Having authentic working relationships with all stakeholders.
Produce management information on a variety of issues from budgets, to ER issues and recruitment.
Responsibility for payroll and pension administration when required.
Work and liaise with the L&D Advisor.
CIPD level 5 qualified
Good knowledge of employment legislation, TUPE, working with apprentices, negotiating, redundancy and leading change programs.
Good Employee Relation knowledge
6 month FTC
Salary: up to £27,000 - £31,000 (pro rata)
