My Client based in Warrington are a market leading organisation and have an opening for a HR administrator on a 9 month contract. Details of the role are below it is full time hours with a salary of up to £19,000 salary.

Job Purpose

To own and take responsibility for all aspects of Learning & Development, HR and Recruitment administration ensuring high levels of service and working to continually improve processes. Provide responses to telephone enquiries and correspondence to ensure these are then actioned and that strong relationships are maintained with customers.

Working hours are 9 - 5pm Monday - Friday


Key Responsibilities

• To act as first point of contact for Learning & Development, HR and Recruitment queries from the Business. To ensure that queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
• To support the Learning & Development, HR and Recruitment in box and telephone line supporting and responding to all enquiries promptly and efficiently
• To be responsible for all administrative activities associated with Learning & Development, HR and Recruitment processes creating and improving templates and processes where approved and requested
• To be responsible for maintaining all systems and information in line with company procedures
• To provide appropriate support to People Services Admin Team Leader and the People Function Business Partners and key stakeholders across the Business
• To work closely with the HR Payroll and Benefits team ensuring that information is shared and employee records are current and accurate at all times
• To provide effective cover for other members of the People Services Team across Learning & Development, HR and Recruitment during periods of absence or heavy work load
• To provide support for ad hoc projects as requested


Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Able to cope with high volumes of work, and with a fast turnaround yet still paying 100% attention to quality and detail
• Resilient, optimistic and solutions driven- a positive outlook
• Able to meet deadlines accurately when under pressure, paying attention to detail throughout
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Able to compose own correspondence and a clear and articulate communicator.
• Able to maintain confidential information with a high level of integrity
• Ideal candidate will have a mixture of Learning & Development, HR and Recruitment administration experience within a shared service or similar work environment
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-managing and motivating, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
