An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a global company. This is a full-time position, offering a salary of £26,000-£27,000. As HR Administrator you will work within an HR team of 10-13 employees and will strive to assist the delivery of an excellent and highly integrated HR support service.

This position forms part of the administrative function providing assistance to the company’s employees, managers and HR Partners. You will specialise in the new hire process, including all relevant procedures/checks required prior to onboarding.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
- Monitoring all new hire paperwork received through transitions, following up where necessary to ensure all documents are returned prior to start date
- Evaluating processes and facilitating continuous improvement to new employee processes
- Initiating and chasing background screening and reference checks, ensuring that all checks are completed prior to start date
- Monitoring employee probation period end dates, including following up with managers where probation documents are not received and issuing letters for probations completed and passed. Working with HRBPs for probation extensions where necessary
- Coordinating with out of country managers for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process, establishing and coordinating with people from multiple offices and groups
- Assisting the team with any ad-hoc tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role, preferably within a large matrix organisation
- Experience of working in an HR position (although this is not essential)
- A-level or equivalent standard of education
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An organised, flexible and team-orientated approach to their work
