Our client based in the heart of Battersea in South West London is currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.   For the right candidate this could be a temp to perm position.  

Hours of work will be 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. 

The role requires a strong candidate to assist with HR related documentation, such as contracts of employment, employee files, reference requests and correspondence.  

Pre employment reference checking, filing HR documents, attending HR meetings to act as note taker and translator between the meeting facilitator and the employee as and when required. 

Register all HR cases as per the company policy and assist in developing the HR processes for the company. 

Essential Skills and Behaviours required 

• Fluent in Spanish beneficial but not critical
• A high level of confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The flexibility and willingness to learn. 
• Willingness to get stuck in and help with any tasks. Can do/will do attitude
• Tact and diplomacy
• Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel
• Great planning, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Excellent relationship building and team development skills
• A real passion to deliver great HR service to internal stakeholders
• Strong administration skills
