New opportunity for an HR Administrator to join an expanding consultancy company in Bromley, Kent. This is initially a 12-month contract, with the potential to be extended to a permanent position. The role encompasses traditional HR duties, ranging from advising managers on employment legislation, to recruitment and absence management. This is a full-time position offering £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience. Competitive benefits package including 25 days holiday, pension and early finish on Fridays.


In this role you will:
- Provide a professional HR service to the company and their 250 employees in collaboration with the existing HR team of 5
- Manage recruitment processes from beginning to end, including attracting appropriate candidates and conducting interview training sessions for managers
- Manage the absence procedure and keep up-to-date records
- Advise line managers regarding employment legislation
- Carry out exit interviews and staff introductions
- Continuously review current HR procedures and make appropriate recommendations


The ideal candidate must:
- Be Level 5 CIPD qualified
- Have relevant HR experience, such as working as an HR Officer/Coordinator/Administrator
- Have accurate knowledge of employment legislation and payroll
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have strong IT skills, including Excel
- Be able to use initiative and prioritise a challenging workload
- Be a team player
