Are you a HR Administrator - with experience of the full employment lifecycle?
You will have CIPD qualifications, or a related degree - with excellent written communication skills, with the ability to pick up new systems with ease.
You will have experience in administration of the full employment lifecycle, from recruitment, new starters, probation updates, absence reporting, payroll checking, advise managers on HR policies, prepare MI reports etc
The role is currently split between a Covid secure office, in Spalding and remote working.
