Reed have a very interesting opportunity with a children's home based in Ipswich. I am looking for a candidate who is very committed, honest and loves to work with children.
Job Title - HR Administrator
Duties:
- HR Experience.
- Managing Disciplinaries.
- Updating the databases.
- Reviewing and renewing company policies.
- Managing Time sheets hours ,AL records, Contracts, Recruitment.
- Keeping the finances in order and up to date.
- Able to balance books, petty cash expenditure reconciliation.
- Ensuring all invoices are sent to the Head Office.
- Training recording and booking.
- All other office duties relating to the business.
You MUST be able to drive as you will be sharing work with the second home that is not located in Ipswich.
Hours - Part-time (Permanent)
Pay - £9.50-11.50ph(Depending on experience)
