HR Administrator – Outskirts of Ipswich - £25,000 - £27,000
6 month Fixed term contract with the potential to become a rolling contract.

My Ipswich based client is an industry leading Technology Research and Development Company. The office is based on the outskirts of Ipswich and has links to sister facilities across the world. The business is growing at an exciting pace and with this comes the requirement to expand the HR team.
Providing all HR activities with administrative support
Supporting the Senior HRBP with recruitment and helping to ensure that candidates have a good experience
Management of contractor and employee processes/ records – manage contract extensions, leaver procedures, managing contractor/employee on boarding, updating checklists and templates for HR processes, providing accurate data to payroll
Management of HR email inbox
Reporting and Analysis
Other tasks – Weekly/Monthly time-sheet approval and overtime processing
Bilingual Mandarin Chinese/English- Fluent in both languages and able to work to high commercial standard of verbal and written communication in both languages
Good organisational and administrative skills and good attention to detail
Experience using Microsoft office
Willing to learn new systems
Previous experience within HR
Good understanding of data protection legislation
Ability to work under pressure
Able to identify and deliver improvements to processes
Working hours 9:00- 17:30 – Monday to Friday 1 hour break (37.5 hours per week)
6 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend based on performance
