Reed Business Support is currently supporting a company based in Middlesbrough who are looking for a HR Administrator on a fixed term contract of 12 months!

Job specification: 

- To provide an efficient administrative support service
- To manage the generation of contracts for weekly paid staff to tight deadlines and within company processes and procedures
- Assist in the management and analysis of HR related data
- Co-ordinate central HR manual & electronic filing system
- To provide management information as required, ensuring individuals and managers have the required information to make business decisions
- To raise purchase orders in line with company processes for the HR team
- To manage post, telephone calls and act as the first point of contact for the HR team

- Excellent Knowledge of IFS
- Web Software knowledge
- The job requires knowledge of basic employment legislation
