Calling all HR Administrators!
I'm currently recruiting for a experienced HR administrator to work for a vibrant media company based in South East London!
- Update and maintain HR reports.
- Respond to and process mortgage reference requests.
- Log incoming queries and ensure a timely response
- Monitor holiday and leave records, ensuring that they are kept up to date.
- Ensure personnel files and records are kept up to date and all records digitised.
- Ensure all employee records are help on file for the appropriate length of time.
- Ensure transition to digital employee records.
- Manage archiving and confidential shredding.
- Ensure BreatheHR is updated with all policies, employee lists, forms and relevant company documents.
