Reed Business Support is currently working exclusively with a well established organisation in the Middlesbrough area! 

The client is currently looking for a HR Administrator for a 9 month contract with the potential of becoming permanent. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is growing and just won a number of new contracts!

The successful candidate will have had previous experience in a similar role with some involvement in recruitment.

You will also be responsible for dealing with:
- Occupational health
- Absence and sickness reports
- Preparation of contracts and inductions for new employees

Alongside general administration duties such as updating of databases and filing post etc will also be required.

The successful candidate will be:
- An excellent communicator
- Able to work to deadlines with commitment to achieve them
- Have an attention to detail
- CIPD qualified or working towards completion would be advantageous
- Advanced use of Microsoft Packages
