HR Administrator – Part Time
Up to £10.00 per hour depending on experience
Part-time – based in Edinburgh


One of Reed’s clients based in Edinburgh are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis with the potential to become a permanent role. We are looking for confident and efficient individuals interested in working within Human Resources.

Duties involved in this role will include:-

• Full range of HR Admin tasks such as compiling staff rotas and managing sickness and absence records
•Supporting the team with day to day administrative tasks
• Assisting with recruitment
•Making changes to employee records (following promotions, department changes or maternity/paternity/adoption leave)
• Reception cover

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:-
• Previous relevant experience within an HR Administration and Reception/Customer Services position
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
• Solid IT skills, including the use of MS Office
