This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation , based in Burgess Hill, giving support to their HR Team
This role supports HR, Finance and Facilities with invoicing and administrative tasks and to be the main support for the Executive Administration for the UK Vice President.
An idea of duties will be
*Processing and Updating expenses
*Diary management
*Arranging UK travel
*Supporting all Business Administration
*Covering Reception , greeting clients etc, arranging lunches etc for guests and management team, arranging taxi’s etc
*Ensuring training rooms and conference rooms are set up
*Raising PO n umbers and checking
*Preparing Letters and arranging appointments
*Filing and updating HR Personnel files with sickness forms and training needs
*Maintenance of the UK car hire system
*Updating HR and Payroll systems
*Assisting with payroll where necessary
*Event management

So as you will see this is a mixed and varied role, you will need to be well organised and proactive, highly adaptable to work in all parts of this role and have at least 2 years previous admin experience, not necessarily within HR
