A position has arisen for a talented individual to undertake a Junior HR Administrator position within our central London based Financial Services client, this will initially be on for a 2 month period with a pay rate of £13.50-£14.00 per hour on offer.

What will the role involve?

You will be involved with a variety of HR administrative duties which will involve using and updating the in house HR system, ensuring records are correct and up to date, entering additional information where needed, as well as completing a variety of paperwork and filling, whilst dealing with both inbound and outbound reference requests. You will also deal with a variety of inbound HR queries and will be asked to undertake other HR duties on an ad-hoc basis.

What skills will you have?

You will have experience working within a similar role, as well as being articulate with a great telephone manner, good MS office skills, organised, productive and an exceptional eye for detail. You may be studying CIPD or if not will have a desire to do so and you may or may not have experience within the financial services industry. You will also be able to start straight away and ideally won’t have any long periods of planned holiday over the next 2 months.
