Our client is a leading Housing Association based in Norwich. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor for 2 months, possibly longer.
To assist in resolving, at first point of contact, queries from customers, staff and other stakeholders. This includes the reporting of new repairs, managing existing repairs, basic rent enquiries and any other general enquiries; ensuring at all times that service levels are met. To raise new jobs or follow on works reported by the operatives. To carry out the scheduling of cyclical servicing heating works and planned works. To support the team in achieving 100% of gas compliance.
The role will be working from home and all equipment, eg laptop and headset are provided.
The successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge or experience of working in the housing sector. Knowledge or experience of reporting repairs and scheduling would be an advantage (but not essential).
If successful you will need to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
Hours: 37 hours per week (likely to be 8.30am – 5pm Mon to Thurs and 9am – 5pm Friday (just waiting for confirmation)
